YOUR RESOURCE FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY FORM OF THE MASS
RESOURCES
One of the goals of Sancta Missa is to assist, not only in the teaching of the Extraordinary Form of the Mass, but answering questions or explaining traditions that have been carried over throughout the centuries. Here you will find a compilation of documents covering histories, reflections and apostolic letters pertaining to the Extraordinary Form of the Mass. You will also find both the English and Latin translations of the Motu Proprio from 2007, answers to frequently asked questions, and an excellent resource for liturgical goods through the Biretta Books Bookstore.
Biretta Books publishes religious books, musical recordings, and video productions to help educate Catholic clergy and laity about Catholic subjects including, but not limited to Sacred Liturgy, Catechetics, Marian Spirituality, Eucharistic Theology and Piety, Devotions to the Passion of Christ, Gregorian Chant, Organ Music, Sacred Polyphony and liturgical music. The books and media we offer help Catholic clergy and laity by reinvigorating the liturgical, sacramental and devotional life of the Church.
