send in your payment with your registration form or you may pay when
you check in at the
Cardinal Stritch Retreat House.
Credit
card payment is not possible. Please make
checks and money orders payable to "Cardinal Stritch Retreat
House." Registration

CELEBRET/TESTIMONIAL
LETTER FOR PRIESTS
In
addition to the Registration Form, each priest should provide a copy of
his
celebret or a testimonial letter stating
that he is a priest in good standing with his (arch)diocese or
religious community. A standard diocesan form is satisfactory.
