Liturgical Items
Liturgical items that the Cardinal Stritch Retreat Center will make available for use:
- Altar for private Masses (There are over twenty side altars available)
- Altar linens (The Retreat Center has a moderate supply)
- Alb (The Retreat Center has about 40 albs)
- Amice (The Retreat Center has small number of amices)
- Cincture (The Retreat Center has a moderate supply)
- Vestments (The Retreat Center has
a moderate number of vestments for use in the Ordinary Form. The Canons
Regular will provide some vestments for use in the Extraordinary Form,
but some priests may wish to provide their own vestments.)
- Cruets (The Retreat Center has about 12 sets)
- Chalice and paten (The Retreat Center has 12 chalices, but some priests may wish to travel with their own chalices.)
- Liturgical Books (The Retreat Center has many liturgical books for the Ordinary Form in English and one Missale Romanum -1946. The Canons Regular of St. John Cantius will provide additional copies of the Missale Romanum for use in the Extraordinary Form, but some priests may wish to bring their own liturgical books.)
- Altar Cards (The Canons Regular will provide altar cards at the side altars.)
- Missal Stands (The Retreat Center has a few missal stands. The Canons Regular will supplement this.)

- Priests who wish to sit in choir for the Chapel Mass will need to bring cassock, surplice, and biretta.
- Breviary
- Personal toiletry items
- Notepad and pencil

Retreat Center, you will be provided an air-conditioned private room
with
bed, bureau,
desk, closet and prie-dieu (kneeler).
